PUG Baltic conference in Tallinn
This event was worth the trip - and not just because Tallinn is simply a really beautiful city. Last week's PUG Baltic offered great opportunities to network and discover new developments from the world of OpenEdge.
We are particularly happy that our presentation on the use of AI in an OpenEdge environment was met with great interest - and rightly so. After all, the use of artificial intelligence in software development has enormous potential to increase productivity!
AI-supported software modernization with OF-1
In our joint presentation with Tallinn-based Inspirators! at this year’s PUG Baltic, we were already able to present the first results of AI-supported software modernization with OF-1: the AI specially trained for OpenEdge and OF-1 could not only assist in analyzing structures and relations, but even generate compile-ready code! We finished our presentation with the conclusion that time-consuming, repetitive routine tasks in particular will be taken over by AI in the near future.
